It’s already August. Five months and then 2019 is over. Don’t you think that since March, someone has pressed fast forward and the months just zoomed by. Where the hell is my time going? Apart from getting dengue, travelling and reading, I am really thinking hard about what I have been doing this year..
Well, I am loving my work with Hackberry, teaching little kids coding. And doing lots of comics which is satisfying creatively. I have not made much art by hand, which I really need to get into again.
I also discovered that I love Kombucha.
Realised a lot about people who actually matter to me and those that dont..
I guess I need to do something cooler in the next five months…
So remember I decided that I would read 25 books in 2019. So I am glad that I have read 5 books in the last 3 months. 20 more to go! These were the 5 books that I read. Out of these Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine was the best! The Woman in the window was fast paced and addictive. I didn’t expect to be expecting was fun and light. 🙂
Now reading something else. Hope to do art soon and will make some more fun comics.
While I love the rains, it makes me dull. I never seem to be “productive” in this atmosphere. So actually it’s more like August slump than August rush for me currently..
In other news, please watch Judgemental hai kya. I loved that movie! Kangana Ranaut was superb. You kind off forgive her for her annoying arrogance and attitude because she is such a phenomenal actress. The way she portrayed the character of a mentally ill person was just brilliant. The movie keeps you on your toes till the end and was a superb thriller. So do watch it!
